1. Daily inspection of generator

Secondly, staff also need to take some preventive measures. Inspection measures, such as testing the insulation resistance of the electronic coil; comprehensive testing of the operating conditions of the bearings and bearing grease flow; detailed inspection of the cleanliness of the cooling parts of the equipment, etc. At the same time, in order to prevent any failure of the generator set during operation, the unit It is necessary to conduct detailed inspections of each item every 500 hours. This includes checking the connection between the network cable and the motor; the operation of the bearings; the current and voltage conditions of the generator set; whether there is abnormal heating or vibration in the components of the generator set; whether the end cover is sealed Safe and normal, etc. In addition, during the operation of the unit, the following items need to be comprehensively inspected every 15,000 hours: check the cleanliness of each component of the unit and conduct a comprehensive cleaning of the unit; inspect all parts, components, and internal and external operations of the unit Make a comprehensive inspection of the environment, etc., discover potential faults in a timely manner and take corresponding measures to eliminate them. 2. Generator cleaning

During the operation of the generator, it is necessary to ensure the cleanliness of the main engine and other components. Therefore, relevant units must clean the generator regularly and use clean, dry compressed air to ensure the cleanliness of the generator. For the filter in the generator system, the staff needs to according to the specific requirements. Depending on the degree of environmental pollution, determine the cleaning cycle and decide whether to clean the filter or replace it directly. When cleaning the filter, you can use a vacuum cleaner or compressed air.
